At Tarqash Jewels, every product is carefully processed to maintain the highest quality standards. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it by using the "Cancel Order" option available in their account on the Website or by contacting our customer support team.

If the cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours and the order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once 12 hours have passed, or the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations made within the permitted cancellation period, provided the order has not been shipped or dispatched at the time the cancellation request is received.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment service provider, the amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

No Return Policy

All purchases made from Tarqash Jewels are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements after the product has been delivered, except where required under applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify Tarqash Jewels within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team. You must provide your order details, clear photographs, and a complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked. Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review. After verification, Tarqash Jewels will provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
