PAN Card Requirement

In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act and related Rules in India, customers making a purchase exceeding INR 2,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Lakhs) are required to provide a valid PAN card at the time of purchase. If the PAN card is not provided, the order may be cancelled. The name on the invoice must match the name mentioned on the PAN card.

1. Customer Advance Order means an order placed by a customer for any product available at Tarqash Jewels by making 100% advance payment at the time of placing the order. The order will be confirmed only after the full payment has been successfully received.
2. Advance Payment means the complete payment made by the customer before the product is processed or prepared for delivery.
3. Product Rate means the price of the product applicable at the time the order is placed and the 100% advance payment is successfully received by Tarqash Jewels.
