Order Processing

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping offers, if available, will be subject to the applicable terms.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details while placing an order. Tarqash Jewels shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer's unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Shipping Delays

Although every effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Customized & Made-to-Order

Customized and made-to-order jewellery is specially crafted according to your requirements. As each piece is individually manufactured and undergoes quality checks, delivery may take up to 45 days from the date of order confirmation. The exact timeline may vary depending on the design and customization requested.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders, subject to serviceability.

• For orders with a total value of less than ₹2,000, a non-refundable shipping fee of ₹199 must be paid in advance. The remaining order amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
• For orders with a total value of ₹2,000 or above, an advance payment equal to 10% of the total order value is required to confirm the order. The remaining 90% of the order value shall be payable at the time of delivery.

Tarqash Jewels reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the Cash on Delivery facility for any order or location at its sole discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details, clear photographs, and an uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is completely unpacked. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once your request is received, Tarqash Jewels will verify the details. If your claim is approved, you will be required to return the product. After the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team, the approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

If you require your order to be delivered on an urgent basis, please contact Tarqash Jewels before placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to product availability, order status, and serviceability of your delivery location.
